General Terms and Conditions
The agreement is between MP Incentivos, Agência de Viagens, Lda and the person who completes the Symposium online registration form. These Terms govern your online registration, attendance at and/or participation at the Symposium. By registering you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Registering on behalf of another
If you are registering on behalf of another person it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and accepts them. By completing and submitting the registration form you are representing and warranting that you have made the person attending aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms.

Changes or cancellation of your participation
All purchases of Symposium registrations are non-refundable.

Privacy
When completing your registration, we need to collect your name, telephone number and email address. The email address is used to send confirmation and information about the Symposium.
The email address will also be included in our mailing list to send information about initiatives in this area, and you may, at any time, unsubscribe from this list, at the end of our newsletters and communications.

We may use collected information such as photography, audio and video recording in connection with the relevant Symposium matters, such as social media.
